What this website does with your information
This website does not have its own booking system or database. When you fill in the quote form and press submit, your details are used only to open WhatsApp on your own device with a message pre-filled from what you entered. Nothing is sent to us, or stored anywhere, until you choose to send that message yourself. If you call or WhatsApp us directly, or email us, the information you share (such as your name, contact number, pickup and drop-off details, and flight information) is used solely to arrange and provide your transfer, and to contact you about it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. We don't collect or store any browsing data about your visit.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the booking form and contact links open WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and your device's phone or email app. Using these features means your browser or device connects to those providers directly; their own privacy policies govern how they handle that connection.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, wherever we still hold it. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
