Who we are
These terms apply to bookings made with MSM Gatwick Cars Ltd, a registered and licensed private hire operator based at Lady Margaret Road, Ifield, Crawley, England, RH11 0DA, United Kingdom. By booking a transfer with us, you accept these terms.
Bookings and pricing
We agree a fixed price with you before you travel, based on the pickup, destination, and journey details you provide. That price does not change once confirmed, except where Gatwick Airport's own pickup/drop-off charge, Dartford Crossing, Blackwall or Silvertown Tunnel charges, or the Central London Congestion Charge apply to your route; these are set by third parties, not us, and are payable in addition to the agreed fare where relevant. We'll tell you at the time of booking if any apply.
Flight tracking and delays
Where you give us a flight number, we track it and adjust your pickup time automatically if your flight is early or delayed, at no extra charge.
Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate a change of time, date, or cancellation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows without reasonable notice may affect our ability to offer you future bookings.
Payment
You can pay by secure payment link direct to the company before your ride, or by cash, card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to your driver when the ride is complete. Corporate accounts can arrange monthly invoicing.
Our responsibility to you
We aim to get you to your destination safely and on time, in a clean, insured vehicle driven by a licensed driver. We're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, or airport processes, though we'll always do what we reasonably can to keep you moving and keep you informed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
